Four Ways to Ask Questions about the Shelter in Place Order

There are now several ways you can get questions or concerns about the Yolo County Shelter In Place order addressed.

• The City of West Sacramento has set up a dedicated option called "Public Health Order" in West Sac Connect for questions related to shelter in place restrictions. This is monitored daily by staff who can help direct you to resources and services.
• Dial the City of West Sacramento at 916-617-4925 if you want to call in and leave a verbal message.
• Yolo County has also established a link where all residents can ask questions or comment about the order.

• And 211 also has information and operators standing by to answer your questions on COVID-19 and the public health order: 2-1-1 Yolo County.

Do Not Flush Disinfecting Wipes or Paper Towels

Flushing wipes, paper towels and similar products down toilets will clog sewers and cause backups and overflows at wastewater treatment facilities, creating an additional public health risk in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic. Even wipes labeled “flushable” will clog pipes and interfere with sewage collection and treatment throughout the state. Please read the full advisory.
